Word on the makeup vine is that Revlon are getting rid of their Colorburst lippie line. Though trying to get a straight answer out of them is impossible. They seem to dodge around the subject, informing me they're still currently on display in Boots and Superdrug.
That's not really true though. I nipped into a large Superdrug that had a fully stocked Revlon display. These were no where to be seen on it. So I definitely suggest buying a couple of back ups if you have a favourite and you cannot live without it. If you can get hold of it that is.
True Red* was the first bright red I ever tried (2011 throwback review) and I really can't fault the formula. Plus it's such a good price. This is easily duped for me though, especially in my collection.
Perhaps they aren't selling as well as they once did, especially considering Revlon have released quite a few new lip products lately.
Edit - The UK Revlon Facebook page were giving me cryptic information so I went ahead and emailed the US site. I just got this reply 'Sometimes, because of fashion trends and limited consumer demand, it becomes necessary to discontinue an otherwise excellent product. Unfortunately, Revlon ColorBurst Lipstick is no longer being manufactured and our inventory of this product has been depleted'.
