The Body Shop Vitamin C Range.

It's quite rare that I go into The Body Shop anymore as I don't have a store close by. As a teen I was a massive fan of their makeup line and their delicious smelling products. Plus the cruelty free aspect is a great bonus in a market where it's getting harder to find products that aren't tested on animals.

The Vitamin C range is completely new to me but I was offered the chance to try a couple items from the lineup. Today I have three mini reviews on each of the products I received.

Vitamin C Energising Face Spritz*
As with the entire Vitamin C range, this spritz smells UH-MAZING. There are honestly no words. It's fresh, citrusy and reminds me of sunshiny days.
The Body Shop say this provides instant hydration and revives the look of dull looking skin.
I love a spritz of this to cool me down, over or under makeup it doesn't ruin the application.

Vitamin C Daily Moisturiser SPF 30*
For a little while now I've been battling SPF in face cream. The ones I've tried make my combination skin far too oily, by the end of the day I find my base has worn off completely in places.
I was most excited about this to see how it held up. This is perfect. It gives good hydration without making my skin overly slippery. As with the spritz, it has the wonderful orange scent.

Vitamin C Microdermabrasion*
It's been well over a year since I used an exfoliator on my face, instead opting for acid exfoliating toners in my daily routine. I find them to be less harsh especially on dry skin.
Whilst I did try this, it's not something I'd use on a regular basis. This would be great if you use 'gritty' exfoliators. The texture is extremely fine so would gently get rid of any dead skin and again, comes with the signature citrus scent.

I've been using the moisturiser and spray on a daily basis. If you're looking for a SPF coverage with combination skin, I think the moisturiser is the perfect addition. Whilst I'm still using the exfoliator, I'm only using it once a week.

I was quite surprised with how much I enjoyed these products, it's not often I get excited about skincare. But these really are lovely on the skin and smell absolutely wonderful. If you're passing by a Body Shop, pop in and give this a sniff because they smell utterly divine, along with working really well on the skin.
