Glossybox - April.

It's been a long time since I posted about a Glossybox*, though I've still been receiving them and finding some real gems.

Now that we're heading into spring they've put together a box full of products that are convenient but still perform.

Elgon - Deliwash Cleansing Conditioner
£14.50 / 300ml
The name of this is a little misleading as it's a co-wash shampoo, combining both shampoo and conditioner in one. I've heard of people raving about co-washing so it'll be interesting to see how this performs. It's free from parabens, sulphates, salts and artificial colours so won't dry the hair out. It also won't strip hair of any artificial colour. The scent is light, citrusy and really rather lovely.

Merci Handy - Love & Hand Cleansing Gel - Black Vanilla
£2.90 / 30ml
A while back I was using up some Birchbox points and used this to spend a few that were leftover. A month or so later I received this in a Birchbox, the exact same scent too. It seems I was only destined to ever have the vanilla one! It's a nice scent, not overly sweet and gets the job done.

SPORTFX - Double Time Brush Buffer + Powder Duo
When I saw this brush I didn't have many expectations for it. Designed with busy women in mind, one end has a flat buffing brush and the other end is more tapered. The synthetic Taklon bristles are incredibly soft and feel really nice on the skin. A really handy one to have in your makeup bag for on the go touchups.

ModelCo - Contour Stick - Shade 02
£8 / 2.1g
This is a really good idea in theory. A chubby crayon, giving precise application without the need of any other tools. It easily blends out to a natural matte contoured finish. The only problem is this is very warm toned, so when blending out it can look too orange on my skin. There's a more cool toned shade which I feel would be better suited to me.

Rodial - Glamolash Mascara XXL - Black
£24 / 11ml
As a brand Rodial has been rather questionable in the past, with numerous products that make ridiculous claims. Cue serious side eyeing. The formula on this claims to be intensely black and volumising. I found it to be very thin and wet, it didn't seem like the brush picked up a lot of product. In turn, it didn't really do anything for my lashes.
