Yankee Candle - Jack Frost.

I got so swept up with getting everything ready for Christmas both at work and in my personal life that I barely had any time to check in with my blog, let alone try and post anything seasonal related.

I picked this candle up a few years ago and when I heard it was being re-released I thought it was about time I cracked it open and started burning it.

Jack Frost is a rounded, smooth scent that is quite subtle compared to some of their other candles. It starts with icy cool, refreshing peppermint. Finished with a generous helping of sweet, vanilla cream. It reminds me a little of Murray Mints in the sense that it's minty and creamy all in one.

It's definitely more of an unusual seasonal scent as it doesn't have the typical rich, strong cinnamon and spiced fruits like a lot of Christmas scents seem to have. Not that there's anything wrong with those of course.

This particular scent is usually only an American exclusive so I thoroughly recommend picking it up whilst you still can.
