Its not just the price,its that i have tried LOTS of moisturisers and i think there are some really great and cheaper alternatives that i have tried.
I would definatly justify the price if it worked for me but unfortunatly this one didnt do anything special, as much as i love lush i wont be buying this moisturiser :)

theres no way id spend that much on a moisteriser. theres only so much a moisteriser can do for your skin i think its all a bit of a con good skin comes from within not a 40 pound moisteriser :)

@Mixnmatch I suppose it's all down to how much you earn to how much you feel you could spend and justify it.

@Gemma I'd rather have a pump so it doesn't get under my nails but then with a tub you can use every last bit. And get free face masks when you take back 5 empties! Swings and roundabouts eh?

@Laura I suppose it's better than say The Body Shop for example - all their things are at a set price no matter what the ingredients are. I like how Lush has everything at a different price point depending on what goes into it. I guess the oils that are in this are more than others!

I say if you can afford it and it makes your skin change for the better then yes. I would rather put other purchases on hold to save for an expensive product if I knew it worked for me.

I think the most expensive facial product I bought is the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum. I literally use about three drops at night before bed and it has lasted so so long. Infact I still have just under half a bottle left.

wow £33! That seems rather a lot for a moisturiser i'm not sure that i would spend that much on a mosturiser... although I do love the Lush facial scrubs and exfoliators.. i would possibly give it a go if like you had a trial sized one for christmas or something. x

I have considered this question once before and have decided YES YES YES! As someone that has problematic skin- spot prone :(! I am all for- 'if it works then its worth it'. This year i bought the clinique 3 step programme which i had put off before cos its more expensive than what i usually had spent, but ive seen a great improvememnt in my skin so now i dont even question the price tag when i go back to restock my emtpies. Hope this moisturiser keeps working for you, the one thing that put me of Lush moisturisers is the fact they come in the tubs! God this was a long one haha x

I was tempted by one of Lush's moisturisers, but £16 was more than I was prepared to spend at the time. I'm glad I didn't impulse purchase because I waited for a while til I could justify £10- £15 for moisturiser and went for some Vichy day and night cream that's really doing my face good. So I agree- as long as you do your research a little bit ;)
